Important documents on the accelerated skilled worker procedure

Welcome to our download page for the accelerated skilled worker procedure in accordance with $\S 81a$ Residence Act (AufenthG). In order to make the process of recruiting your international skilled workers and their families as quick and smooth as possible, we require various legally binding authorizations and declarations. These documents authorize us to conduct the procedure with the responsible immigration authority on your behalf. Please download the required forms, have them signed by the specialist and, if applicable, the family members, and return the complete documents to us. The documents are sorted by target group (professional, spouse, children).

Applying for a visa for your international skilled workers in Germany can be a complex process. In order to start the accelerated skilled worker procedure (§81a AufenthG) and to simplify communication with the Central Office for Skilled Immigration (ZFE), you will need the following authorizations and declarations.

1. powers of attorney for the specialist

These authorizations entitle the employer (or a third party) to apply for and carry out the accelerated skilled worker procedure for the future skilled worker.

Sub-authorization as an attachment to the power of attorney Required if the employer (authorizing party) wishes to appoint a specific internal or external person (sub-authorized representative) to carry out the procedure. Download PDF

2. powers of attorney for family reunification

If the spouse and/or minor children are to be included in the accelerated procedure, a separate power of attorney is required.
